This tester is used to test the water resistance of the material such as enameled copper wire, insulating sheath...etc.
Within a certain period of time, the specimen is being soaked in the hot water in order to study the degenerating condition such as blistering, fading, swelling, etc. In addition, the test method is expected to further calculate the changes in weight while under such as condition.

This machine is used for testing the enameled copper wire, insulator or sheath that are made of rubber or plastic. Soak sample in warm oil after a given period of time and then take out specimen for testing its residual rate of tensile. If the sample happened to be enameled wire, you can detect the quality of its varnish film.

This tester is used to determine the energy required to break plastics, composites, and metallic materials. A notch is made at the center of a rectangular standard test specimen. After placing the specimen on the two supporting racks, inside the bath, add the load post and heat up at a rate of 2°C/min. When the central part of the specimen falls down for a given depth (plastic at 0.26 mm and ebonite at 0.25~0.33 mm), the actual temperature required is the deflective one, the information you need. You also have to test the cross-breaking strength of the specimen at the permanent temperature (ebonite at 23°C).

This tester is used to test the permanent rate of deformation for the samples like sponges. Before testing, measure its original thickness as t0. Compress the sample to 50% of its original thickness at the speed of 60RPM (or as stipulated) for 80,000 cycles. Then, discharge the sample and let it calm down aside for at least 30 minutes. Measure its final thickness t1 and calculate its permanent rate of deformation as the following formula:

The theory of this testing machine is to test the adhesion characteristics of tapes by making the adhesive surface of specimen upward and place it onto the test plate inclining 30°, fix two ends with tape and weight respectively. Then start from the largest steel ball; let the ball roll from the test plate one by one. Record the number of steel ball that can stay at the tape for over 5 seconds.
